Beautiful poem.. on a kind of abstract level I love the way the writing gets denser and larger on the page as it goes before returning to settle again. Not sure if that was intentional but super cool 🤘
I wanted it to feel like a trickle becoming a drizzle becoming a downpour and then a storm before slowly passing back into calm. I think emotions can be a lot like the weather in that way.
Thank you Ral. I was inspired by a very sad moment in an anime I was watching. A tragic event unfolded that reminded me that we're all parting company from those we cherish at some point, and we rarely get a say on the when, why, or how. But what if our final moments together were a dance?
Thank you June. I imagine that for me, it might take a lot of therapy and inner child work, but it's certainly possible for each of us when the moment inevitably comes.

I'm glad you noticed that!

Thank you for visiting and sharing your thoughts.
This felt like I was in a ray of rainbows and lights and even when I was unconsciously saying goodbye it still felt warm.
This is so detailed and beautifull BJ.

I believe so
This is absolutely beautiful. I’ve always hoped that the other side of a goodbye feels something like this.
